In accordance with the relevant provisions of the Company Law and the Articles of Association of the Company, the 2021 shareholders' meeting of TPL Project Stock Company was held in Shanghai on March 6, 2021. The meeting was proposed by the board of directors of the company. There were 6 shareholders attending the meeting, holding 20 million shares, accounting for 100% of the total number of shares.
The 2021 Shareholders’ Meeting was presided over by the chairman of the board and the following resolutions were made:
1. Elect Mr. Wu Kang as the Chairman and Legal Representative of the Company;
2. Appointment of Mr. Hu Hai as the General Manager of the Company;
The Company confirms that the registration and filing of relevant company changes have been completed recently.
